Large Antique Bronze Incense Burner Meiji Period (1886-1912) Pair This is a pair of Large Antique Bronze Incense Burners of the Meiji Period (1886-1912). Decorated in relief with birds, the relief carving is lyrical and realistic. The handles are Phoenix heads or Dragon heads. the legs have head on each leg. The lid has open work design with a guardian Foo Dog on top. The beautiful work in the dark bronze is in excellent condition.
